Madison McGinnis M.Ed.,BCBA

Madison grew up in Missouri. Madison received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Missouri in Human Development and Family Studies, and began working as a Behavior Technician in 2012 after working as a preschool teacher at a Child Development Center. Madison received her Masters in Education from the University of Washington in Applied Behavior Analysis while working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the UW Haring Center. Since then Madison worked as a BCBA in Kansas starting a new intervention clinic for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder inside an inclusive preschool as well providing home based ABA services, and in Louisiana at The Emerge Center, an early intervention clinic. Madison moved to Nevada in 2021 with her husband and two kids. I enjoy each opportunity to work with a new child and their family to develop functional goals that will help the child succeed in their daily life and community.

Lisa Paden, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Lisa grew up in Reno, NV. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2012 and began working in as a Behavior Technician in 2014 after completing a post-college internship as an Education Coordinator for community centers in our area. She then went on to receive her Master's of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 while providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in-home and in-school. She has worked in a variety of settings including independent living homes, classrooms, clinic, and in-home. The majority of her experience has been providing ABA services to early learners but she enjoys working with children and adolescents of all ages. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, play-based services to help individuals acquire meaningful, functional skills while individualizing teaching based on learner interest and motivation.

Maria

Maria received her bachelor’s in 2019 from the University of Nevada. She is currently working on her master’s in special education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from the university of Arizona. She has experience working with children on the spectrum, and with various ages. She is from South America and fluent in English and Spanish. Maria has a passion to help children and their parents to exchange and improve their lives. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, reading, and dancing.

Elizabeth Aguilar Medina

Elizabeth is currently a Registered Behavior Technician. She was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. She graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Language Pathology with a minor in Linguistics at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2021. Afterwards, she worked as a Psychosocial Rehabilitation Worker and Basic Skills Trainer with children and adults. Elizabeth is very passionate about working with children and making a difference in their day-to-day life.
