Sean Saunders,

M.A., BCBA, LBA

Sean has been working in ABA in the Reno area for over 15 years. He has provided ABA services in homes, the community, assisted living arrangements, schools, and clinics across a variety of roles including direct sessions, supervision, caregiver training, staff training, and consultations. He has worked primarily with children ages 3-10, but has provided these services even for individuals as old as 32 and with a wide variety of diagnoses. Prior to entering the world of ABA, he taught dance, parkour, and gymnastics for individuals with a variety of disabilities and diagnoses as well. He enjoys music, board games, and horror movies.

Ashlyn Frits, BCBA

Ashlyn has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for the past 10 years. Based in the Reno area, she has provided ABA services across a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinics. Her experience primarily includes working with school-aged children with disabilities. She has additionally done early intervention and worked with both teens and adults.

Throughout her career, Ashlyn has taken on multiple roles, including providing direct services, supervision, caregiver training, and staff consultations. She is passionate about delivering compassionate care and using play-based therapy that follows the child’s lead. 

Outside of her work in ABA, Ashlyn enjoys spending time with her dog, exploring the Reno/Tahoe area and visiting family in the Bay Area.
