Lisa grew up in Reno, NV. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2012 and began working in as a Behavior Technician in 2014 after completing a post-college internship as an Education Coordinator for community centers in our area. She then went on to receive her Master's of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 while providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in-home and in-school. She has worked in a variety of settings including independent living homes, classrooms, clinic, and in-home. The majority of her experience has been providing ABA services to early learners but she enjoys working with children and adolescents of all ages. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, play-based services to help individuals acquire meaningful, functional skills while individualizing teaching based on learner interest and motivation.
